What is Adria Living?

Adria Living is a contemporary complex of 8 exclusive holiday homes, located in the heart of Herzegovina, just steps from the magnificent Koćuša waterfall.

The project is the result of years of vision and work of the Čuljak family, who have nurtured and perfected a hospitality tradition for more than 135 years.

Nearby, on the foundations of an old mill, first came Konoba Koćuša, now a favourite destination for lovers of good food. As a next step, the Adria Centar Koćuša complex was opened—among the highest-rated tourist properties in Bosnia and Herzegovina for years. Guest satisfaction has always been, and will remain, our main goal, and the positive comments and smiles of our guests are the greatest reward for our work.
